Our blister services include thermoformed and cold-formed solutions across seven flexible blister lines. From high-speed, fully integrated lines to smaller-scale applications, Ropack has over 6,000 tooling parts already in our inventory. For unavailable tooling parts, Ropack has an in-house machining centre to manufacture the required tooling. This greatly reduces timelines and costs, allowing our partners to move to market rapidly and offer their customers increased value.

Ropack is equipped to produce sachets that are well suited to the needs of manufacturers and consumers alike. Our sachets are an ideal option for fill weights of 2 g or more, and for formulas mixed in food or liquid. They can extend shelf life and improve flavour retention, and their convenience can lead to improved consumer compliance. Ropack sachets are packed under nitrogen and controlled humidity, and pouches and cartons can be coded inline.

Ropack’s stick pack capabilities are powered by state-of-the-art equipment. Our vertical pouching and cartoning machines can fill up to 1,000 sachets per minute (with up to +/- 5% accuracy!) before cartoning them according to your needs.

Kit assembly is a flexible service Ropack offers to ensure that our partners’ innovative solutions can hit the market rapidly while we work to automate and streamline as much of the process as possible. As always, we operate these services within cGMP-, FDA-, and Health Canada–approved facilities under ambient or cold chain management and humidity control with the capability to handle controlled substances.
